What is MOOSAS?

MOOSAS is research project consisting of a set of complementary projects addressing particular concerns associated to software architectures.

What are the study fields?

The MOOSAS research project main concern, is the study and improvement of the software architecture discipline, in the context of software engineering.

This project studies the applicability of Model Driven Engineering techniques in the fields of software architecture definition languages, software architecture evolution, software architecture visualization and software architecture evaluation.

Also, we develop novel approaches to software architectures, mainly in the mobile architectures field and their server counterpart. And we work in embeded systems, specially in the creation of new ways of embeded software developing and visualization.

In the field of high dependability architectures, we are interested in self-adapting and self-healing applications. Those projects are oriented towards real life contexts, like health domain.
